We accept Visa and Mastercard through our PayPal shopping cart (shipping address must match credit card billing address), also accept money orders or personal checks (items will ship when funds clear). If paying with Money Order or Personal check please contact us for mailing information. Sorry no COD's.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Shipping quotes are for INSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA, will ship outside USA, use contact us form for quotes outside the Continental USA.
• Physical addresses ONLY (NO P.O. boxes, military bases, etc.)
• ALL shipments made via UPS or USPS.
• Applicable TAXES ADDED if shipped to NEVADA.
• Please allow 5 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping after receipt of payment.
• Shipping price includes shipping, handling and insurance costs.

Return Policy

We proudly stand behind the quality of the products that we sell. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 20 days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturers box and include all original packaging material.

Note: We will only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. You can e-mail us at info@a1gemstoneglobes.com.

Any claims for damaged items in shipping must be submitted to us within (3) business days after delivery. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (3) business days.

If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UPS and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs.
